At Bespoke Farmhouse Furniture, every piece is lovingly handcrafted to order in our workshop — made just for you, with care and attention to detail. Here's everything you need to know about how your furniture will reach you.

Free UK Delivery We offer complimentary delivery on all orders throughout the United Kingdom. There are no hidden delivery charges — the price you see is the price you pay.

Made-to-Order Production Times Because each piece is made especially for you, please allow 4–6 weeks from the date of your order for your furniture to be crafted and prepared for dispatch. We'll keep you updated throughout the process, and you're always welcome to get in touch if you'd like a progress update.

Delivery Arrangement Once your order is ready, it will be collected from our workshop by our trusted courier. They will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery date and time — so you'll never have to wait around guessing when your furniture will arrive.

Delivery Areas We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. If you are located in a remote part of Scotland (including the Highlands and islands), please contact us before placing your order to confirm we can reach your location.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your furniture's journey to your door.

Damaged Items We take great care in packaging every piece, but if your furniture arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photographs of the damage. We'll work quickly to make things right.

Returns If you need to return an item, please notify us within 5 days of delivery. You'll then have 14 days to arrange for the item to be shipped back to us. Please note that a 10% cancellation fee applies to orders cancelled after 5 days of purchase.
