TERMS OF SALE
Last updated: 2 July 2026
1. Introduction These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through Bespoke Farmhouse Furniture ("we", "us", "our") at bespokefarmhousefurniture.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Pricing & Payment All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment by the methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken in full at the time of order.
3. Order Confirmation Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when we dispatch your goods or, for bespoke items, when we confirm commencement of production.
4. Bespoke & Custom Orders Orders for bespoke or made-to-measure furniture are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has commenced, as these items are manufactured specifically for you.
5. Delivery Delivery timescales are estimates only and may vary. We will contact you to arrange delivery once your order is ready. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
6. Returns & Cancellations For non-bespoke items, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Items must be returned in their original condition. Return delivery costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
7. Faulty or Damaged Goods If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
8. Warranty Our furniture is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects under normal domestic use. This does not affect your statutory rights.
9. Limitation of Liability Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
10. Governing Law These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Contact For any queries, please contact us via the details on our website.
